15 Minutes

In the words of Arne Tammer (rather than Andy Warhol) “Give me 15 minutes a day” … and I’ll keep you fit and healthy!

Yupp, fifteen minutes a day of meaningful exercise is all it takes (assuming an otherwise reasonable diet and general lifestyle) to keep your body trim and toned.  A bit of targeting will also build muscle mass and tone in specific areas… so how come I’m not doing it? Why is so it easy just to say “Tomorrow, I’ll start tomorrow”…

Even worse is that I know that it works as I did it for over a year a while back (with a daily regime of 100 sit-ups and up to 50 push-ups) and it worked wonders.   

Note to self: Just do it!
